Carlos Guilherme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as Lead at the CEO Office and previously as Senior Associate at Sword Health, a Portuguese unicorn in the MSK market, Carlos has a strong background in the private equity sector as an Associate at Oxy Capital, where responsibilities included portfolio management, commercial due diligence, and legal negotiations. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at Kaizen Institute Western Europe, focusing on various industries including healthcare and logistics. Carlos began their professional journey at Uniplaces as an Academy Ambassador and also gained analytical experience as an intern at Infraspeak. Carlos holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and studied at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
