Chelsea Thurman, PHR, serves as the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Sword Health since January 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Sword Health is renowned for providing innovative virtual musculoskeletal care. Prior experience includes roles at Catapult Health as Recruiting Manager and Senior Corporate Recruiter, where the focus was on delivering preventive healthcare at worksites. At East Lake Capital Management, Chelsea functioned as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Manager within the private equity sector. Additional recruitment experience was gained at SimplyWell (now Virgin Pulse), Snelling, and Insight Global. Chelsea began their career as a Paralegal at Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed and Welch and held roles at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management.
