Kaitlyn Hardin

Kaitlyn Hardin currently serves as a Care Coordinator at Sword Health since January 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Health Coach at Noom Inc. from December 2019 to January 2023, and as an English Second Language Teacher at Qkids for six months in 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Loudon County Schools and hold positions at Old Navy and Victoria's Secret. Kaitlyn has a robust educational background, pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration at Western Governors University while also holding a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the same institution, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Campbell University and an Associate of Arts from Randolph Community College.
