Kassandra Paden

Kassandra Paden, MBA, possesses extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, revenue operations, and accounting, with a current role as Manager of Go To Market FP&A at Sword Health since March 2021. Prior roles at Sword Health include Revenue Operations Manager and Senior Accountant. Kassandra worked at Jornaya from December 2018 to March 2021 as an Intermediate Accountant and Accounting Associate, and served as a Tax Associate at Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP in 2018. Previous experience also includes an Accounting Internship at Central Heating & Plumbing, Inc, and volunteer work as an Income Tax Preparer with VITA. Kassandra holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where leadership and organizational skills were developed through participation in the First-Year Leader Scholar Program.
