Melissa Masago

Melissa Masago is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in supply chain management and customer support. Currently serving as a Licensing & Credentialing Analyst at Sword Health since February 2020, Melissa previously held the position of Customer Support Assistant. Prior experience includes roles at Embraer as an Analista de suprimentos, where responsibilities involved managing MRP demands using SAP and coordinating with engineering for production needs, and at Johnson & Johnson as a Capacity Planner, focusing on export planning, production control for medical products, and data analysis for S&OP meetings. Melissa began a career at LG Electronics as a Purchase Analyst, overseeing material procurement for notebook production and managing supplier relationships. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Logistics from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, completed in 2021.
