Wilbur Shen, Head of Customer Solutions, BSEE, University of Texas at Austin. 22 years of test and measurement experience, including 13 years in 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. Wilbur has extensive project management experience with clients in diverse industries, such as life sciences, industrial/mechanical, oil/gas, defense, and has successfully lead teams for semiconductor device bring up, characterization, and validation. Before joining SWR Technology, he was most recently Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm.
