Benji Philip

Benji Philip has a diverse work experience in various industries. Benji started their career as a Coordinating Intern at the Real Estate Division of Al Homaizi Foodstuff Co. in 2008. In 2011, they worked as an IT Student Technician at the ORU Information Technology Department. Benji then moved on to work as an Environmental Sustainability Consultant for ORU Students in Free Enterprise in 2012.

In 2014, Benji worked as a Cashier/Food Service employee at Sodexo, where they provided excellent customer service and operated a cash register. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Strategist Intern at Victory Distance Learning, where they executed online marketing initiatives and maintained social media postings.

In 2017, Benji worked as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable Intern at Victory Accounting, where they ensured accurate financial records and matched order forms with invoices. Benji also worked as an Operations Analyst at Headout, where they focused on providing exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting issues, and collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Benji was later promoted to the role of Senior Operations Analyst at Headout, where they handled customer escalations and monitored social media interactions. Benji also worked as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Headout, where they managed the operations of the NYC team and optimized the skills of the existing team members.

Benji'smost recent role is as a Client Success Manager at Swym, starting in 2020. Overall, Benji has demonstrated their abilities in customer service, operations management, and data analysis throughout their work experience.
