Autumn Amescua has held various roles in human resources and organizational development throughout their career. Autumn began their career in 2005 as a Career Development counselor at Ross Medical. Autumn then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at SPi America before joining Ichor Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, where they developed the company's first Peer Recognition Program. Amescua went on to work as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Sante Venture Portfolio Companies, where they established the entire human resources department and created formal policies and procedures. Autumn then served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Smith & Nephew before becoming the Director of Human Resources at Wheatsville Food Co-Op, where they transformed the human resources department and revised the compensation structure. Amescua later joined a² Third Party Investigations & Consulting, LLC as a Human Resources & Organizational Development Consultant, providing effective human resource solutions and supporting rapid business growth. Their most recent roles include Director of Human Resources and Chief Culture & People Officer at SXSW, where they developed and executed the organization's culture and human capital strategy.
Autumn Amescua's education history is as follows: Autumn obtained an Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management from Lansing Community College from 2002 to 2006. Autumn then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Northwood University from 2006 to 2008.
