Aya Kamakura Porter

Aya Kamakura Porter possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and international project management. Currently serving in the Japan Office at SXSW since June 2019, Aya also contributes as a Board Member for the Austin Japan Community since September 2018. Previous roles include Corporate Marketing Manager at ThriveDX SaaS and Director of Communications at LUCY Security. Aya's international experience is further exemplified by the role as International Project Manager at the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
