Sarah A. Martinez

Sarah A. Martinez is a Senior Designer at SXSW since October 2022 and has been a Freelance Graphic Designer with Sam I Am Designs since December 2012, managing multiple design projects and collaborating closely with clients. With experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin in early 2021, Sarah mentored students in 3D modeling and interaction design. Previous roles include Digital Media Manager for the Railroad Commission of Texas, Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer for Austin Habitat for Humanity, and Graphic Designer positions at Golfsmith International and The Arc of Texas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Design from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Texas Tech University.
