Dorothy Balajadia

Dorothy Balajadia is an experienced operations and management professional currently serving as Operations Manager for Sycomp in the Philippines since March 2019. Prior to this role, Dorothy has functioned as a Management and Communication Consultant since January 2018 and held the position of Account Director at Art Dumaup & Associates, Inc. for a brief period in late 2018. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Migo as a Unit Leader and Content Production Manager from January 2012 to July 2017, and serving as Production Manager at Art Dumaup & Associates, Inc. from January 2010 to March 2012. Dorothy also has a background as a Production Manager and Video Editor while self-employed from January 2008 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Audio Visual Communication from the same institution.
