Josh Shaub

Josh Shaub is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, performance coaching, and business development. As the Founder and Creator of The Lion Code, Josh assists individuals and teams in achieving Flow by addressing challenges associated with Spin. Currently serving as a People Development, Communication & Optimization expert at Sydecar, Josh supports high-pressure teams in enhancing their performance. In addition, Josh is an Advisor at Quidnet Ventures and the Principal of J. Shaub Communications, which focuses on helping leaders articulate their missions effectively. Josh is also a Partner at Permission Response Group and Venture One Los Angeles, where investment and strategic communications converge to propel entrepreneurial success. Prior experience includes founding Mighty Seven Networks, and holding key roles at Interactive Imaginations, Music Pen, and The Princeton Review. Educationally, Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.
