James Naim

James Naim is an experienced project manager currently overseeing the Bankstown line conversion at Sydney Metro as the Project Manager for Sydney Metro Southwest since October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at Laing O'Rourke for Sydney Metro West, and various engineering and project management positions at Transport for NSW, including Deputy Project Manager for the Parramatta Light Rail and Systems and Assurance Engineer. James Naim began career development as a Graduate Assistant at Sydney Metro and worked as a Graduate Project Officer at Transport for NSW. An engineering internship at Macquarie University provided foundational skills in algorithm development for gait analysis. James Naim holds a degree from Macquarie University, with earlier education at Parramatta Marist High School.
