Michael Jensen

Michael Jensen has extensive experience in transport planning and customer service in the public sector. Currently serving as Director of Customer and Product at Sydney Metro since September 2020, Michael has previously held roles including Senior Manager at Sydney Metro, Principal Advisor at CWG Project Services Pty Ltd, and various positions at TransLink Division, where responsibilities included rail infrastructure and operations. Michael began their career as an Electorate Officer with the Queensland Parliamentary Service and holds a Master’s degree in Transport from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning from James Cook University.
