Naghmeh Geroyan

Naghmeh Geroyan is an experienced project controls professional with a strong background in the rail and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Project Controls at Sydney Metro, Naghmeh has previously held significant roles in Transport for NSW, including Acting Director of Project Controls and Senior Manager of Project Controls, contributing to over $5 billion in rail infrastructure projects. Past positions at Sydney Trains involved leading scheduling teams for major works and managing complex project schedules in safety-critical environments. Naghmeh's expertise extends to project planning, financial oversight, and quality management systems, supported by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology, respectively.
