Tiffany Zuo

Tiffany Zuo is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Property PM at Sydney Metro since April 2020, with responsibilities including overseeing station development for major projects such as CBD Hunter St, Pymont, The Bays, and Parramatta Stations. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked at Infrastructure NSW managing budget forecasts and contracts for the New Sydney Fishmarket project, and at UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation, contributing to significant projects like Waterloo Metro PDA and Fishmarket before its functions were transferred. Earlier experience includes property development at Kaufland Australia, business development analysis at Stockland focusing on site acquisitions, and valuation roles at JLL and Herron Todd White. Tiffany holds a Master of Project Management and a Master of Property Studies, both from The University of Queensland.
