Morgan Merrell

Morgan Merrell is the current Head of Corporate Relations at Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Prior to this, Morgan was the General Manager at Optimum Percussion from May 2017 to December 2019. From November 2013 to May 2016, Morgan was the Wholesale Manager at Optimum Percussion, overseeing the sales, marketing/business development, and warehouse management departments. In May 2013, Morgan began working at The Music Network as the Sales and Advertising Manager. This role entailed managing subscription sales and advertising sales divisions. Before working at The Music Network, Morgan was the Head of Corporate Relations at Sydney Symphony Orchestra. From September 2012 to May 2013, Morgan worked as a Sales Consultant at Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Prior to that, Morgan was a Concert Promoter at Sydney Concert Company from January 2011 to September 2012. Morgan has also worked as a Professional Musician since January 2007.

Morgan Merrell studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music High School, where they completed their Higher School Certificate.

They are on a team with Aiden Atan-Sanchez - Customer Service Representative, Michael Dowling - Customer Service Representative, and Sami Nelson - Customer Sales & Service Manager. Morgan Merrell reports to Pim Den Dekker, Head of Customer Service & Ticketing.
