Aziz Boukhelifa

Aziz Boukhelifa currently serves as the Custom Manufacturing/Tolling Manager for North America at Syensqo since December 2023, bringing extensive experience from a similar role at Solvay where Aziz worked for over 22 years. At Solvay, Aziz held multiple positions including R&I Surfactants & Monomers Lab Manager and Global Technology Manager for Novecare’s Natural and Synthetic Polymers, leading teams in new product development and process engineering. Aziz is a certified Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, successfully mentoring others and managing projects that achieved significant process improvements and cost savings. With a background in chemical engineering and polymer chemistry, Aziz has contributed to various innovation projects and has expertise in process safety and laboratory management. Aziz holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques and a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse.
