Deanne Kissinger

Deanne Kissinger, MBA, has extensive experience in talent management and HR leadership roles. Deanne currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Growth Platform at Syensqo, where they lead a diverse team of associates in pushing the limits of science for the benefit of customers. Prior to this, Deanne was a Member at Chief, a private network designed to empower women executives.

Deanne has also held leadership positions at Solvay, where they served as the Global Head of Talent Growth Platform and Executive Vice President HR for Materials. At Duke Energy Corporation, they were responsible for developing talent management strategies and driving employee engagement.

Deanne's expertise and contributions extend to companies such as Honeywell, Diversey, Sealed Air Corporation, Diageo, and The GPT Group/Westpac Banking Corporation. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving learning and development initiatives, building leadership capabilities, and implementing talent management strategies.
