Kurt Stepprath

Kurt Stepprath has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being the Head of Transformation Project Management at Syensqo since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Solvay from 2010 to June 2019, serving as the Director of Technical Service Europe. Before their time at Solvay, Kurt held various positions at Cytec Engineered Materials, including Field Technical Service Manager Europe from 2007 to 2010, Plant Manager from 1999 to 2007, and Production Manager from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they worked at Fiberite Europe GmbH as a Technical Service Manager from 1994 to 1997 and as a Technical Service Engineer from 1989 to 1994.

Kurt Stepprath attended RWTH Aachen University from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with the title of Dipl.-Ing. (TH).
