Rushabh Kothari

Rushabh Kothari is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in strategic growth, engineering, and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Aerospace and Defense Strategic Growth at Syensqo since 2024, Rushabh leads cross-functional teams in long-term market strategies. In addition, Rushabh advises and mentors early-stage aerospace startups focused on sustainable aviation fuel and autonomous air vehicles. Previously, Rushabh held various roles at Aerion Supersonic, including Director of Engineering, where comprehensive technology development programs were established. Rushabh's early career included significant positions at BOMBARDIER, managing advanced structures integration, as well as an academic role as a visiting professor at McGill University. Rushabh holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University and both a bachelor's and master's degree from Auburn University in Aerospace Engineering.
