Phil Houlihan

Phil Houlihan has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Phil currently holds the role of Enterprise Sales F&B Lead at Indeed Flex since April 2021. Prior to that, they served in the same role at Syft starting from October 2020. Phil also had a role as Chef Director at Syft from April 2018. Before joining Syft, Phil was the Managing Director and Founder of PBL Chefs from August 2014 to January 2021. Phil also worked as a Chef Recruitment Manager at PBL Hospitality from July 2013 to August 2014 and as a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant at Staff GB from March 2012 to July 2013. Phil started their career as a chef, serving as Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie in various locations including London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and Australia from February 2001 to February 2012.

Phil Houlihan has a degree in Food Preparation and Cooking from Hertford Regional College, where they obtained an NVQ 2 qualification. Phil also earned their GCSE degree from Chace Community School in 2000. Furthermore, in 2007, they acquired an Intermediate Food Hygiene certification from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
