Farhan Taherali

Farhan Taherali is an accomplished Associate Principal Scientist at Sygnature Discovery since July 2021, specializing in pre-clinical and early clinical formulation development as well as business development. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Scientist in formulation at Intract Pharma Ltd and as a Research Scientist at University College London, where research focused on the oral delivery of biologics and the local delivery of therapeutics for Eosinophilic Oesophagitis and inflammatory bowel disease. Previous roles also include Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance at Universal Corporation Limited, coordinating the development of dispersible zinc sulphate tablets for WHO prequalification, and serving as a Pre-registration Pharmacist at the Ministry of Medical Services. Farhan holds a PhD in Biopharmaceutics from University College London, a Master of Science in Drug Delivery from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
