Freya Bull

Freya Bull is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in organic chemistry and laboratory management. Currently serving as a Lead Scientist at Sygnature Discovery since August 2016, Freya has progressed through various roles, including Senior Scientist positions. Previous experience at the University of Bristol included a PhD focused on synthetic organic chemistry, under the guidance of Professor Chris Willis, where research centered on polyketide natural products with antibacterial properties. Freya also held roles as a Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Demonstrator, promoting safety and education in laboratory settings. Additional experience includes a research placement at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a membership recruitment position with the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, and work as a sales assistant at John Lewis. Freya holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Bristol and a Master in Science from Queen's University Belfast.
