Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas has worked in various roles throughout their career. Mark'smost recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sygnature Discovery, where they have been since February 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Hoth Associates from April 2007 to February 2015. Mark also held positions at RS Components, Samworth Brothers, British Gas, and John Lewis Partnership. At RS Components, they served as both a Site Controller from March 2004 to April 2007 and an HR Manager from March 1998 to March 2004. Before that, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Samworth Brothers from May 1995 to March 1998, and as a Senior Personnel Officer at British Gas from May 1989 to May 1995. Mark began their career as an Assistant Staff Manager at John Lewis Partnership from February 1986 to April 1989.

Mark Thomas received a BA Hons in Modern History from Queen Mary University of London between 1982 and 1985. Mark further pursued their education at De Montfort University from 1990 to 1992, earning a Post Graduate degree in Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
