Nupe Mosothoane

Nupe Mosothoane has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They are currently serving as the Managing Director at NMS Dawn Consulting since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at Sygnia Asset Management from August 2017.

Before joining Necsa, they worked at The Careways Group as a Corporate Wellness Consultant, where they assisted companies in planning and implementing wellness programs from October 2006 to December 2010.

Their earliest work experience was at Torque IT, where they served as a Student Counselor & Project Manager from February 2003 to September 2005. In this role, they provided counseling and coaching support to students and managed the Lifeskills program for them.

Nupe Mosothoane has a diverse education history. They began their educational journey by completing their matric at Newell High School in 1991. They then went on to attend Ndamase Senior Secondary School from 1988 to 1989. In 1992, Mosothoane enrolled at Rhodes University and obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, specializing in Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology. After a gap in education, in 2009, they pursued a Diploma in Organisational Development from Unisa. In 2011, they earned a Certificate in Nuclear Project Management from North West University. In 2012, they further enhanced their management skills by completing a Certificate in MAP (Management Advancement Programme) from Wits Business School. Lastly, in 2015, Mosothoane enrolled in GetSmarter for an Advanced Programme in Human Resources Management and Services.
