Iryna M. is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UI/UX design and leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of UI/UX Design and Vice President at Sygnum Bank, Iryna leads design strategy, service design, and UX research while managing a multicultural team. Previously, as a Senior Service/UX Designer at Sberbank, Iryna spearheaded UX transformations for enterprise banking solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. With a freelance career spanning several years, Iryna collaborated with startups and agencies to deliver effective web and mobile application designs. Additionally, Iryna founded and scaled SmartyKids Europe, focusing on child education, and has experience as a social media brand designer. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Law from the National University "Odessa Law Academy."
