Razaam Shafqat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and sectors. Razaam is currently working at SYKE as a Senior Vice President - CLM, responsible for leading sales and delivery for the company's Contract Lifecycle Management services globally. Razaam'sprevious role at SYKE was Senior Director - CLM, where they were instrumental in setting practice vision and strategy, managing the full P&L ownership, and driving operational efficiencies. Prior to SYKE, Razaam worked at Spaulding Ridge as an Associate Partner, at The Hackett Group as a Senior Manager, at Deloitte as a Management Consultant, at Huron Consulting Group as a Senior Analyst, at Expro International Group as a Group Finance Accountant, and at IBM as a Strategic Outsourcing Pricer.

Razaam Shafqat has pursued the ACCA qualification and is also an FCCA. Alongside these certifications, they have obtained a 1st Class BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Razaam has also achieved additional certifications as an Anaplan Certified Model Builder and a DocuSign Agreement Cloud Specialist in 2020.
