About the role As a Compensation and Benefits Lead at Sylndr, you will design, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will ensure that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a total rewards strategy that supports our dynamic and diverse workforce. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Lead annual compensation review processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Propose and implement new compensation enhancements according to the Market trends.

Who You Are

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods, and market analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
