Amr Mazen

Amr Mazen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amr is currently a Co-Founder at Sylndr, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the EU Commercial Director at Cazoo from February 2021 to April 2022. Amr also served as the Vice President of Product at Cluno from February 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining those companies, Amr held positions at HelloFresh and Souq.com. At HelloFresh, they worked as the Sr. Director of Product - Retention and Revenue growth from January 2018 to February 2020, and previously as the Director of Product - Growth from September 2016 to January 2018. At Souq.com, they served as the Head of Online Fashion from September 2013 to November 2014, where they were responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies.

Amr also has experience as an entrepreneur. Amr founded and served as the CEO of VelvetUp Shopping Club, a fashion destination in Egypt, from August 2012 to September 2013. Amr was also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CircleTie, a location-based mobile city guide, from February 2010 to July 2012.

Earlier in their career, Amr co-founded Omnicore Technologies Ltd. in December 2008, where they worked as the Business Development Director. Their responsibilities included establishing and maintaining client relationships and developing new digital marketing products. One of the successful products they were involved in was RESA, an interactive walk-through sales tool for Real Estate developers.

Overall, Amr Mazen has held various leadership positions and entrepreneurial roles throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in product development, business strategy, and management.

Amr Mazen attended Ain Shams University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. Amr completed their education at the university in 2007.
