Hossam Shehab

Hossam Shehab has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry spanning over several years. Hossam currently serves as the Head of Inspection & Refurbishment at Sylndr since March 2022. Prior to this, Hossam spent nearly a decade at Eim, starting in November 2013, as the Renault Egypt CRM Manager. In this role, they contributed to strategic plans, implemented customer-service standards, and achieved customer service financial objectives. Hossam also worked at Egyptian International Motors - Renault from January 2007 to April 2013, where they served as the Service Manager (Mokattam) and directed activities related to the acquisition, operation, and maintenance of automotive equipment and fleet repair facilities. Additionally, they gained experience as the Service Dept. Manager & Bodyshop Manager at Renault from an unspecified period, focusing on cost estimation, repair, and maintenance. At Fiat Auto - Egypt Dealer, Hossam served as the Service Dept. Manager (Bodyshop Manager) from January 2000 to November 2003, handling similar responsibilities.

Hossam Shehab graduated from Alexandria University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. In September 2007, they obtained a RENAULT CARTECH Diploma from Renault Academy in Paris, France.
