Frank Tagader

Frank Tagader is a User Education Specialist at Sylogist, Ltd. since January 2024, focusing on partner and user education for a public sector SaaS company that offers ERP, CRM, fundraiser, education administration, and payment solutions. Frank has extensive experience in technical writing and system analysis, having held roles at Charter Communications as a System Analyst and Senior Technical Writer, Swisslog Healthcare as a Senior Technical Writer, and Pearson as a Senior Technical Writer for K-12 products. Additional roles include content development and business process analysis at ABB and Lumen Technologies, respectively.
