Tompkins Spann

Tompkins Spann has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Business Development at Sylogist, Ltd. Prior to their current role, Tompkins was the Chief Operating Officer at KELL Partners, where they managed sales, partnerships, legal, and marketing functions. During their tenure, they achieved a 5x growth in revenue, led an acquisition, and built a successful team. Before joining KELL Partners, Tompkins worked at Convio, where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Solution Engineer, Sr. Market Strategist, Director of Product Marketing, and Director of Account Services. Tompkins specialized in CRM products and was responsible for competitive research, market strategy, and product marketing. Tompkins also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked for NARAL Pro-Choice America as a Technology Field Director and founding Empowering Minds Foundation, Inc. Additionally, they served as a Volunteer for the Peace Corps.

Tompkins Spann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Appalachian State University from 1991 to 1995. Tompkins also holds certifications from Salesforce, including being a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and a Salesforce Certified Administrator, obtained in 2016 and 2011 respectively.
