Yasmine Ndassa, Ph.D. is currently the VP Data Strategy & Analytics at Sylvan Road Capital LLC, a technology and data-driven asset management firm focused on single family rentals. Previous roles include Global Head positions at Meta, where Yasmine led the consulting arm of the People Analytics team and provided strategic insights to HR Business Partners. Yasmine has experience in analytics, sales strategy, and organizational effectiveness with companies such as Comcast and Amazon Web Services. Yasmine also has a background in academic and research roles, including serving as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University and conducting doctoral research in Molecular Biophysics at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
