Maxime Lardeau

Maxime Lardeau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as UAP Manager and Prototype Manager at Symbio since August 2020, Maxime oversees the prototype department focused on fuel cell stacks and related components, managing over 40 operators and technicians. Previously, at Faurecia, Maxime held the position of Industrial Performance & Strategy Engineer, leading significant projects including a program transfer to Mexico and the development of a digital solution for operational efficiency. Maxime's background includes continuous improvement roles at ArianeGroup and supplier quality initiatives at Safran Landing Systems. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Aeronautics engineering from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile.
