Cathy Doyle

Cathy Doyle is the current Chief People Experience Officer at Symbio. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Of Staff at ParaFlare from November 2020 to June 2021. ParaFlare is Australia's number one in Managed Cyber Detection and Response.

Before their time at ParaFlare, Cathy was with Super Recruiters as well as Rabobank from March 2017 to July 2020 where they held the title of Group Executive CHRO and Corporate Affairs. As a member of the local Executive Team ANZ reporting to the CEO, Cathy was also a part of the Global HR leadership team and a Global Diversity and Inclusion board member. Additionally, they served as the Executive for Media, Government Relations, Communications, employee experience, BEAR framework lead and sponsor, people change and regulatory projects.

Cathy Doyle has a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a GAIST from the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Charles Sturt University, a Certificate in Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, an MBA from the University of New England (AU), and a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Newcastle. Cathy also has a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training from the University of Technology, Sydney.
