Bijan Das began their career in 2001 as Academic Head at ARENA MULTIMEDIA. In 2003, they moved to SAE, where they served as Multimedia Trainer and Creative Media Lecturer. In 2007, they became Engineer- Programmer at ManageServe Technologies India Pvt Ltd. The following year, they joined Educomp Solutions Ltd as Multimedia Programmer. In 2010, they were hired at Wipro Technologies as Assistant Manager for ASK Technologies and Triumph Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In 2021, they began working as Project Manager LMS at Symbiosis Educational Consultants.

Bijan Das has a diverse educational background.
