Alexander Schier

Alexander Schier has extensive experience in impact investing, currently serving as a Portfolio Advisor at Symbiotics since June 2016, where responsibilities include advising on investment strategy and ESG impacts for a significant impact fund and foundation. Previously, Alexander held various roles at Symbiotics, successfully managing over USD 1 billion in transactions and leading the development of a framework for green, social, and sustainability bonds. Alexander's earlier experience includes an internship at the Global Alliance for Banking on Values. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration, both from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
