Software Engineer at Symbotic

Benjamin Guinsburg started their work experience in 2012 as an Intern at ACI Worldwide, where they performed a thorough review of company XSD schema and WSDL files and coordinated with programmers to fix inconsistencies and mistakes. In 2015 and 2016, they served as an Intern at Dentsply Sirona. In 2018, they worked as a Machine Learning Software Engineer intern at Lightmatter. Since 2019, they have been working at Symbotic as a Software Engineer, where they have been responsible for the planning, development, testing, and deployment of log ingestion back-end and the development, testing, and deployment of Docker-ized data aggregation microservices.

Benjamin Guinsburg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, attending from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they also completed a course at the Harvard Extension School in Introduction to Computation with Java. In 2017, Benjamin briefly studied Machine Learning and the MEAN Stack at Boston University. Prior to attending college, they graduated from Marblehead High School in 2014.

Additionally, Benjamin has obtained several certifications related to machine learning and neural networks. These include certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning. These certifications were obtained through various institutions such as Coursera and Coursera Course Certificates, with the most recent certification being obtained in November 2018.
