Namita Khunger has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1993, they worked as an Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation, where they designed and developed sensor remotes and tested hardware and software for air conditioner controls. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Keane Consulting as a DBA/Developer, analyzing and improving database design and resolving performance issues.
In 2006, Namita became a Lead Application Developer at Praxair Inc., where they managed the Cognos environment and delivered business intelligence reports using Cognos. Namita also automated report delivery using Tidal Scheduler.
From 2012 to 2014, Namita worked at Praxair as a Sr. Manager IT, leading the HRIT team and managing a suite of HR products. Namita also served as a Technical Team Lead for HR projects during the same period, managing and enhancing the Ultipro application and delivering complex interfaces.
Most recently, Namita joined Symbotic in 2014 as a Principal Software Engineer. In this role, they led a database refactoring and redesign effort to improve database performance and achieve high uptime for Enterprise Customer Accounts. Namita also improved performance on Core Data Services and SSRS Reporting through the use of indexes and SQL views.

Namita Khunger completed their education at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. From 1984 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. Namita then continued their studies at the same institute and obtained a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from 1988 to 1989.
