Paige Wiley

Paige Wiley has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Paige is currently working as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Symbotic, where they are responsible for implementing their A.I.-powered robotic technology platform to transform the supply chain of consumer goods. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Ardent Mills from April 2020 to January 2023, and before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from September 2018 to April 2020. Paige also gained valuable experience at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, where they held various roles including Change Manager, Senior Client HR Manager, and Client HR Manager. Paige worked at Cargill from April 2014 to September 2018. Before Cargill, Paige worked as a Human Resource Manager at The Weaver Group of Companies from May 2012 to April 2014, and as a Human Resources Manager at Eberly Poultry from October 2010 to May 2012. Paige began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at EternaGreen Global Corporation from August 2009 to December 2009.

Paige Wiley pursued their education at Philadelphia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Marketing/Spanish from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they also participated in a Spanish Immersion/International Business program at the University of Belgrano-Buenos Aires in Argentina in 2007. Paige then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business at Philadelphia University from 2008 to 2009.
