Patrick Boisselle - P.eng.

Patrick Boisselle - P.Eng. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the design and engineering field. Patrick started their career in 1995 as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they commanded and trained a platoon and managed defense and maintenance of IS/IT infrastructures in remote locations. In 1997, they joined Nortel Networks as a Software Designer.

In 2004, Patrick joined Flex as a Manager of Software Design and later became the Director of Engineering & Business Operations. Patrick then served as the General Manager of Ottawa Design and Engineering, where they expanded the design organization into various business segments. Patrick also held the position of Vice President - Design & Engineering - Americas, where they led nine design centers and managed finance, performance, and program delivery.

From 2016 to 2018, Patrick served as the Interim Vice President - Corporate Innovation at Flex, where they oversaw the Corporate Systems Innovation team and championed new technologies. Patrick also led the Global Design & Engineering organization as the Global Vice President - Design & Engineering, managing a $50M operating budget and multiple joint development and manufacturing customer programs.

Currently, Patrick works at Symbotic as the Vice President | General Manager, starting from November 2021.

Patrick Boisselle - P.Eng. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended College de Montreal from 1985 to 1990, but it is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study there.

In terms of additional certifications, Patrick Boisselle has obtained a Certificate in Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy from Carleton University in June 2021. Patrick is also a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
