Sean Yingsheng Xiao's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Symbotic since 2023.

- Previously worked as a Principal Software Engineer at MathWorks from May 2019 to May 2023, where they modernized software/products building environments, designed and developed frameworks/tools/workflows for C++ unit tests and memory/performance tests, and improved product quality by increasing code coverage.

- Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at MathWorks from October 2007 to April 2019, where they modernized the unit test framework and provided consulting for resolving build issues from other developers within the company.
