Srinivasan Senthilnathan has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Srinivasan started their career as an Engineering Trainee at Reliance Autozone, where they scheduled service/maintenance for vehicles and assisted in inventory management. Srinivasan then worked as an Engineering Trainee at Reliance, researching and observing various types of mobile machinery used in a petroleum refinery.

Senthilnathan gained experience as an Automotive LED Applications Engineering Intern at OSRAM, where they contributed to the development of a cross-referencing tool using Excel and VBA. Following this, they worked as a Quality Promotion Engineer (Data Analyst) at Toyota North America. In this role, they created visualizations using PowerBI to analyze warranty-related data and automated access approval processes for confidential databases, improving efficiency.

Currently, Senthilnathan serves as an Advanced Site Quality Engineer at Symbotic, where they manage quality concerns at Walmart distribution centers.
