Lucinda Reynolds

Lucinda Reynolds, CMRP has extensive work experience in various roles related to reliability, maintenance, and engineering. Lucinda is currently employed at Symboticware as the Director of Products since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Uptake as a Reliability Engineering Manager from March 2019 to July 2022. Lucinda also held the position of Sr. Reliability Engineer at Uptake from August 2018 to March 2019. Lucinda has experience as a Reliability Analyst at Asset Performance Technologies, Inc. from May 2017 to August 2018. Lucinda also worked as a Nuclear Contract Administrator at Hydro, Inc. from August 2015 to August 2018. Before that, Lucinda served in various roles at Exelon, including Work Week Manager from May 2014 to August 2015, Preventive Maintenance Coordinator from April 2005 to May 2014, and Mechanical Maintenance Procedure Writer and Work Analyst from November 1991 to April 2005. Lucinda started their career as a Mechanical Procedure Writer at AFES, LLC from April 1991 to October 1991. Prior to that, Lucinda worked as an Industrial Mechanic at US Navy Public Works Dept from January 1989 to April 1991. Lucinda also has experience as a Circulating Bed Combustor Operator/Mechanic at Ogden Environmental Services from June 1988 to December 1988. Lucinda began their career in the US Navy as an Engineering Watch Supervisor onboard USS Pogy SSN 647 from May 1982 to May 1988.

Lucinda Reynolds, CMRP, obtained their Naval Nuclear Operator Certification in 1983 from US Navy Nuclear Power School, specializing in Nuclear Engineering. In 2018, they also received the CMRP Certification from SMRP and the Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional Certification from the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
