Karen Cooper is a seasoned exercise professional with extensive experience in fitness and wellness. Since October 2019, Karen has been working as an Exercise Physiologist at United Methodist Communities, while also serving as a Wellness Specialist at Symbria since October 2017, and as the Owner and Personal Trainer at CooperFit since May 2016. Karen previously worked as an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and as a Personal Trainer at Tilton Fitness, where the roles included conducting fitness and nutrition consultations, developing individualized fitness programs, and ensuring client safety. With a solid educational background, holding a BFA in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey, Karen combines knowledge of exercise techniques, human physiology, and nutrition to educate and empower clients of all ages and abilities.
