Donna Kiernan

Donna Kiernan has a strong background in compliance and real estate. Donna currently works as a Compliance Director at Symetra since November 2020. Prior to that, they were a REALTOR® at Evergreen Realty, HomeSmart, starting in May 2015. From July 2013 to May 2015, Donna worked as a Realtor/Agent at Century 21 Award. Donna also gained experience as a Compliance Manager at MetLife, where they started as a contractor in September 2005 and became a full-time employee in June 2006. At MetLife, they handled sales material review from September 2005 to May 2007, and general compliance for third-party distributors from May 2007 to December 2013. Donna's early experience includes working as a Regional Compliance Officer at AXA Advisors from 1997 to 2005.

Donna Kiernan earned a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego, completing their degree between 1990 and 1994.
