Erin Woltz

Vice President, Talent Management at Symetra

Erin Woltz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Erin began their career as a Resident Advisor at Washington State University in 1999. Erin later worked as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at HEALTH PEOPLE, INC., where they quickly rose to a more senior role within six months. In 2004, Erin joined Guy Carpenter as a Regional Human Resources Coordinator, providing HR support to multiple departments globally. Erin co-created a Management Training module during their time there. Erin then worked at King County, WA, as a Human Resources Associate on a contract basis. Erin subsequently transitioned to The Seattle Times as a Human Resources Manager for Finance, IT, and Operations before joining Corbis as a Senior HR Business Partner. At Corbis, they partnered with multiple departments on employee relations, manager coaching, and talent development initiatives. Erin's most recent experience is with Symetra, where they started as an HR Relationship Manager before gradually moving up to Assistant Director of HR Relationship Management & Talent Acquisition, HR Director of Talent Acquisition & Management, and finally, AVP of Talent Management. In their current role as Vice President of Talent Management at Symetra, Erin provides strategic consulting in employee relations and talent management.

Erin Woltz has a BA in Communication Studies from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies from Cottey College. Erin also attended the Washington State University - Edward R. Murrow College of Communication, although their specific degree is unknown.
