Jackie Markel

Jackie Markel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Product Director for Human Resources and Talent Development at Symetra since October 2019, Jackie has held various roles at the company, including Sr. Talent Development Solution Consultant and Sr. Program Manager. Prior to joining Symetra, Jackie managed the Knowledge Management Department and oversaw operations in call center and quality assurance roles. Jackie also worked as Customer Loyalty Manager at DR Horton and spent over a decade at Bank of America, where the position of VP - Regional Sales Support Manager was held. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Gerontology from Weber State University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
