Kerry Smith, CSM, is an accomplished Senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the financial and marketing sectors. Currently at Symetra since June 2017, Kerry has contributed significantly to the PASR Project, providing user requirement translation, technical specifications writing, and production support. Previous roles include Systems Analyst positions focused on Benefits Portal projects and Data Management & Warehousing. Kerry has also worked as a Data Warehouse Systems Analyst at Marketing G2 and as a Client Technical Support Consultant at both SDL and Alterian. Earlier career experiences include global systems administration at FirstCall Network and customer application support at SunGard Availability Services and Comdisco.
